A 10 week group program designed to help you tame your inner critic, manage your emotions, develop self awareness and support you in building the life you want to live.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Better manage difficult emotions and thoughts
  • Respond effectively to stress and overwhelm and prevent burnout
  • Reduce perfectionism and people-pleasing behaviours.

Groups run on Wednesdays for 10 weeks from 6.00 to 7.30 PM starting 13th April.

Groups run over video so attend from any location.

Cost: $80 per session with a $32.90 rebate with a mental health care plan from your GP.
