We provide consultancy to organisations, teams and individuals on a range of issues related to personality, neuropsychological differences, behavioural change, and mental health disorders.

We also consult on issues related to psychological science and research, with several psychologists who are established researchers with academic positions at Australian universities.

We also partner with other medical and mental health organisations and professionals to provide high-quality, collaborative care. Working with other highly knowledgeable and experienced clinicians allows us to impact change more broadly, to continuously calibrate, expand and update our own approaches to care, and also to provide our clients with holistic solutions to their challenges (because navigating the health system can seem complicated and disjointed sometimes).

Current partnerships include:

Dr Johnson’s areas of interest include insomnia and other sleep disorders and the assessment and management of adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Dr Eric Pugliesi

Dr Eric Pugliesi

Dr Pugliesi is a GP who specialises in weight loss management and health issues related to weight, nutrition, eating and body image. We can work together with Dr Pugliesi to support you with eating and weight concerns, integrating emotional, medical and psychological care to provide a holistic approach.  Dr Pugliesi feels strongly about the importance of prevention and firmly believes in prescribing diet and lifestyle changes before medication.  We find that most people know they need to eat less and exercise more, however people are often less aware of psychological and emotional factors that influence weight concerns and weight management.

First Steps Babyproofing Services

Sydney’s first baby proofing service that provides a personalised baby safe solution. They will help you design a child safe solution and safely install baby safety equipment in your home or business. We work with First Steps to consult on psychology-related safety solutions including sensory sensitivity and neurodiversity-affirming approaches, to help create safer homes for babies and infants to grow and explore, and to provide peace of mind for parents and care-givers.
