Our EAP counselling aims to empower employees by:

Neurodiversity focus

We go beyond traditional EAP services by offering specialised support for neurodiverse employees, leveraging our extensive expertise in working with autistic people and people with ADHD. Our team of professionals is well-versed in the complexities of neurodiversity and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Through our EAP services, we offer guidance and strategies that empower neurodiverse employees to thrive in the workplace, helping them navigate challenges, enhance their strengths, and optimise their performance.

We can also provide workplaces with training and workshops about how the workplace can support neurodiversity – which has obvious flow-on effects for the wellbeing, culture, and performance of people and teams.

Performance psychology focus

Our practice boasts a deep understanding of performance psychology, further enhancing our ability to support employees in achieving their professional goals. We are well-equipped to assist individuals in maximising their potential, overcoming obstacles, and developing strategies for success. With psychologists who have extensive careers in sport and performance psychology, we are well placed to provide EAP with a focus on motivation, skill acquisition, change management, burnout and flourishing, and stress management.
