Reduce stress, improve your mood, reduce the risk of burnout, and increase resilience with mindful self-compassion and other evidence-based tools.

A 10 week group program to target stress, anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm. Run by our clinical psychologist Carly, this group aims to help you tame your inner critic, manage your emotions more flexibly and effectively, develop self awareness and self compassion, and support you in building the life you want to live (even when the difficult stuff shows up).

Neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-based, this group is ideal for anyone juggling multiple responsibilities, feeling overwhelmed in daily life, and/or dealing with perfectionism, people pleasing, or self-sacrificing behaviours that area affecting their overall wellbeing. Perhaps you are a parent trying to manage all the demands of a noisy and complex daily life, or you work in a high-pressure industry that makes a good work-life balance difficult to achieve, or you spend a lot of your time caring for others at the expense of your own care. Maybe you are neurodiverse and this adds additional layers of stress and overwhelm to the mix. This group is ideal for all of you.

  • Runs over video so attend from any location in Australia.
