Reduce stress, improve your mood, and increase resilience with mindful self-compassion

A 10 week group program to target stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Run by our psychologist Carly, this group aims to help you tame your inner critic, manage your emotions more flexibly and effectively, develop self awareness and self compassion, and support you in building the life you want to live (even when the difficult stuff shows up).

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Better manage difficult emotions and thoughts
Respond more effectively to stress and overwhelm
Build resilience ongoing and reduce risks of burnout
Reduce perfectionism and people-pleasing behaviours
Improve your ability to be present and connected with others
Improve overall satisfaction and self-confidence in navigating life’s challenges

  • Runs over video so attend from any location in Australia.
