Sleep Well

A 5 week online group program using psychology & science to improve your sleep.

Do you want to learn lifelong skills for improving your relationship to sleep? Run by a clinical psychologist, this group is ideal for adults with sleep difficulties including difficulty falling asleep or waking up during the night, insomnia, hypersomnia, difficulty turning off a racing mind, impact of anxiety or depression on sleep, or inconsistent sleep.

Using evidence-based psychological techniques, you will learn to:

  • Understand key factors impacting your specific sleep issues
  • Develop a tailored sleep routine that fits your needs
  • Change unhelpful habits
  • Calm your busy mind and body
  • Navigate sleep changes with confidence and compassion.

Starts Wednesday 21st February (for 5 Wednesdays) 6pm to 7.30pm.
